Delhi Metro

The Delhi Metro app is how millions of daily commuters plan routes, check fares, and find their way through one of the busiest transit systems in the world — but the existing app makes that harder than it should be.

This project redesigns it end to end: user research and competitor analysis first, to find the actual pain points, then empathy maps, journey maps, and information architecture to rebuild the navigation around how people really use the app. The result is a cleaner interface that gets commuters to the information they need with less friction — route planning, fares, station details, and tourist information, without the interface getting in the way.
